StemsCare is a Western Australian NDIS provider delivering compassionate, person-centred and

culturally responsive disability support across Perth.

Founded by Mwangala Cook and Kgomotso Kereng, their  lived experience supporting family members living with disability, provided the motivation to form StemsCare and drives their passion to make disability support more accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive.

We understand that navigating the NDIS can be overwhelming, particularly for people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. That's why we walk alongside participants and their families, helping them understand their options, navigate the system with confidence, and access supports that respect their culture, values, and individual goals.

We aim to deliver compassionate, person-centred support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) frameworks.
